Inventory Reports

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT REPORTS

Below are some reports that makes managing your inventory easier.   These reports are from a demonstration inventory and the information may be somewhat dated. 

Stocking Report

This report can group your vehicles in several ways for analyzing your current inventory.
Click some of the field titles to change how the reports is sorted.

Truck Type Search Report

This report shows the number of times visitors selected a truck type search.  Great for analyzing local market interest.
This report will be the last 7 days.  I suggest you change the “From” date to something like 01/01/22 and click “New Date Search”.
(Included  in our weekly Dealer Dashboard email.)

“Hit’s”  Report

This report shows the number of times visitors viewed a Vehicle’s Detail Page.  Great for analyzing interest in each vehicle.
At the bottom of this report the results are grouped into Truck Types.
This report will be the last 7 days.  I suggest you change the “From” date to something like 01/01/22 and click “New Date Search”.

Aging Report

This report shows when the vehicle was added to your inventory and the number of days that represents. Sorted oldest to newest.

Inventory Valuation Report

This report shows the value of your inventory.  This report is by MSRP but can be by invoice price.
Click the “Category” title and the vehicles will be grouped by truck type with subtotal amounts.

Inventory Listings  Report

This report shows your inventory with pictures, but without pricing.  It can be helpful for the salesperson or a great leave behind piece.
If a truck type is selected from the “Category” drop-down box, this report will only include the selected vehicle type.

This is a general inventory report.

Physical Inventory Report

This report shows your inventory sorted by stock number. Beside the stock number is a checkbox. Dealers use to take a physical inventory.

There are a few other reports, but some contain somewhat sensitive information and others are specific to certain types of dealers.
